4. Can I see a preview of my personalised item before it’s made?
Answer: We strive to create exactly what you envision, but currently, we do not offer previews before production. However, you can provide specific instructions or details in the customisation notes, and we will do our best to match your request.
5. What if I need to make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Answer: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed. Once production begins, changes may not be possible, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalised items?
Answer: Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised items unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.

9. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Answer: Some of our items come gift-wrapped as part of the product itself, but we currently do not offer additional gift wrapping services. However, if you have a special request or requirement, we’re happy to discuss options with you. Just reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. We may consider offering this service more broadly in the future.
10. Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?
Answer: We ship across the UK, and shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. During checkout, you’ll see the shipping options and costs available for your order. We also offer local collection from our premises in Wimborne, Dorset.
